Upon Inspection : If any required repairs differ from your initial request, we will contact you immediately for approvaL.
Upon Completion : We will notify you the moment your bat has passed our final Quality Check and is ready for collection or shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are an international customer, please get a quote to send your bat/s to INDIA before placing an order if you place an order and change your mind. You'll only receive a refund of the order value minus the transaction fee (between 3 & 7% of the order value.
